I wanted to say a HUGE thank you for this
month; I know I wasn't there for the live classes
but I did all of them at home! Actually this
month was the first time I could complete
(literally almost haha, there's always a few hard
ones) all the workouts you had us do, and I'm
insanely happy with how much stronger I've
gotten. I used to take so many breaks during
the workouts and now I'm able to get through all
of them, I almost cried when I realized that abs
finished it. Also the muscle definition is of
course a huge plus, I literally feel and look
stronger!
Lisa’s bootcamps “The Pack” are the best at home workouts out there. All the exercises are very deliberate and work in tandem, so you get the most out of your time. You will learn so many new exercises, get tips, have fun, and be apart of a supportive online community! Highly recommend!
