Lisa’s bootcamps “The Pack” are the best at home workouts out there. All the exercises are very deliberate and work in tandem, so you get the most out of your time. You will learn so many new exercises, get tips, have fun, and be apart of a supportive online community! Highly recommend!

First time joining the Pack and I just finished the 1st workout be work got in the way of doing it sooner, BUT IT WAS KILLER.
Thank you SO MUCH for all that you do! I'm so appreciative of you and thankful to be apart of this amazing program.

Just did yesterday's workout, that was such a good burn! I tried it with heavier weights too
Your classes have made me go down a size and have given me my youth back !!! Love and Hate your workouts because they are challenging, but they are the best thing that's happened to me since my kids Keep up the AWESOME work, and I will too! HaHa!

I wanted to say a HUGE thank you for this month; I know I wasn't there for the live classes but I did all of them at home! Actually this month was the first time I could complete (literally almost haha, there's always a few hard ones) all the workouts you had us do, and I'm insanely happy with how much stronger I've gotten. I used to take so many breaks during the workouts and now I'm able to get through all of them, I almost cried when I realized that abs finished it. Also the muscle definition is of course a huge plus, I literally feel and look stronger!

I noticed a huge difference in my energy - I feel so ready for the day. I feel fuelled - and productive. I also noticing some leaning and toning be I've been eating more and training consistently - training w you and eating more has impacted my progress wayvvy more than it ever has since 2018. I feel strong I feel like I have a increased endurance than before - I've been looking at increasing my weights. I've started to incorporate movement on days we aren't training to keep up the momentum - my headspace mentally has been much better with having the structured times to attend class This months classes I've mentally and psychical had to push myself to get up and be ready for the workout bel know it's good for me and it's been so good the last two months - sol know it's what I need! It's the lack of sleep and possibly food part I need to fix

These workouts are PHENOMENAL! Please let me know when it's time to book for next months class, l'Il definitely be joining! Even though I can't make them in "real time" due to work, I'm seeing results already in my first month of being in The Pack! I feel stronger and leaner. Thank you!!!!!

Ahhhh thank you so so much!!!!! I honestly never realized the progress until I put the pictures side by side. It's such good motivation to keep moving!! I made so many changes to my diet and started being more active and i have never felt better or looked better lam SO excited to keep going with The Pack and keep killing my fitness goals.
Really grateful for the pack. I definitely wouldn't be getting out of bed if it weren't for it… Especially now that it's so0000 cold
I'm seeing an huge difference in my bod! This is my 4th week on the delicious solutions meal preps and 2nd week of pack workouts plus some lagree and stairs. It's crazy what consistency will do even in a short period of time
