I train out of a studio called LYFT. It is located inside the Penthouse (PH) floor of the Town Inn Suites Hotel at 620 Church St. (Church & Charles, Bloor-Yorkville area).

We would agree on a time to set-up a Zoom session. It’s about 45-1hr of me coaching what you’d like to focus on as if I’m there with you as your perform the exercises. I demonstrate and hop in & out of the workout, provide tons of cueing, and modifications when needed.

It would be helpful to know specifically what equipment you have available at home before beginning!

Starter pack: yoga mat, booty band, pair of light & heavy weights, ankle weights.

I recommend you show up fasted (don’t eat for 3hrs leading up to our session, or if you need a snack, keep it light & easy to digest), and try to show up well-rested so you can crush it out. Bring a water bottle, comfy indoor gym shoes, & get ready to get in an efficient workout. We have showers with soap and showers if you require. I will ask you questions about your day to scope your energy and mood for type of workout, I will always be available to offer you ongoing support and motivation.

Yes, cash is great! I accept all methods of payment.

For virtual sessions, the best method is to e-transfer me via email (lisa_damla24@hotmail.com), however, Paypal & Square is also available.

For in-person training, I prefer cash, but all methods are accepted.

Please note, 13% HST tax needs to be applied to all rates/packages.

A platform to access previously recorded PACK workouts. You will find these fun, challenging, and efficient. You’ll be doing HIIT-style exercises, mixed with Pilates, using bodyweight, bands, sliders, pillows, ankle weights, &/or dumbbells. Expect 45min-1hr sessions, where no two workouts are the same! I’ll keep your body guessing and progressing.

With an annual subscription, you may access, play, pause, rewind, or fast forward these sessions anywhere, and at anytime!

If you’re interested in Personal Private Training with me, we can set up a consultation appointment. During this 1hr session, we discuss your fitness background, goals and expectations, tour the studio, and discuss a plan moving forward. We then get a little physical where I do a body postural assessment to check for imbalances, and teach you perfect form for the basic exercises. I’m also happy to put you through a mini workout so you can get a feel of my training style as well.
Comfy fitness apparel and gym shoes are recommended!

I suggest the basic starter pack: yoga mat, booty band, pair of light & heavy weights, ankle weights. If you don’t have access to any of the mentioned equipment, I can easily modify your workout to use household items (ex: pillows), use a single weight, a band, or bodyweight-only. Just give me a heads up so I can plan your workout accordingly!

Feel free to take me virtually up north to your cottage weekend escape or down South under the sun! I’ll keep you active no matter where you are.

I GET IT. Life sometimes gets in the way! I consider my policy pretty flexible, as I am very understanding. I emphasize communication- please be considerate and let me know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your session. Latest would be night prior, as day-of cancellations will count for 1 session.
