About Lisa

“I want you to make each rep count and to learn that mentally, you can do it fully and until completion, because I promise, you’ll only walk out stronger than before you started”.

Lisa is a Fitness Coach from Toronto with a BioMed Science BA. She specializes in HIIT-style training spiced up with Pilates, emphasis form, and especially loves to focus on core. She currently offers private training sessions out a studio called “LYFT” located in the Yorkville Area/heart of Downtown, teaches sold-out bootcamps at “Sweat & Tonic”, and also provides virtual training and bootcamps through Zoom, with BodyRock, over multiple streaming platforms, and appears on several fitness apps.

Her personal interests include being outdoors in the nature, loves animals, staying social, curating playlists, and is a huge foodie and beach bum. She is a part of a family of six, grew up in the States, and is half Austrian and Armenian.

Last but not least, she LOVES to plank- her personal best was set June 18th, 2021 at 30min & with a 135lb on her back for 1minute.

TEACHING STYLE:

I train others how I’d train myself. I emphasize form and ensure each rep counts, focusing primarily on core and booty.

QUALIFICATIONS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

-Studied biology & health science at Western University

-CanFitPro Certified

-Personal Trainer

WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASSES:

I’m going to push you – that’s why I am here! It’s really up to YOU to apply what I’m teaching…to really connect your mind to the muscle you’re working, in order to feel each movement. You will come back better than when you first started and that’s what it’s all about!
